PENNSYLVANIA HOME HEATING EQUIPMENT REBATE PROGRAM
Residents of Pennsylvania will be eligible to receive rebates for the purchase of qualifying high efficiency home heating equipment. Funded by the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the Pennsylvania Home Heating Equipment Rebate Program offers rebates to existing single-family homes to encourage energy efficient product purchases.
KEYSTONE HELP LOAN PROGRAM
Pennsylvania homeowners can improve the energy efficiency of their homes with
special financing and rebates for high efficiency heating, air conditioning,
insulation, windows, doors, geothermal and “whole house” improvements using Home
Performance with Energy Star.
- All installed equipment and material must be new.

Offered Exclusively to PECO smart Ideas program provides a full suite of energy
efficiency rebates, incentives and other no and low-cost improvement ideas so
that customers can save money and use less energy.
